The National Transportation Safety Board adopted a final report Tuesday on the Feb. 12, 2009 crash of Colgan Air Fight 3407 in Clarence City, N.Y., which took the lives of 50 people including Maple Valley resident and co-pilot Rebecca Shaw.

The King County Sheriff’s Department reported a 38-year-old man was found dead at 9:45 a.m. today in Flaming Geyser Park near Black Diamond.
According to Sgt. John Urquhart, sheriff’s department spokesman, the Auburn man was found by a visitor in the park.
The initial investigation indicates the man died from suicide.
The man was reported missing by family members yesterday.
