The majority of children who are removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect and placed into foster care are able to return safely to their families. The dogs were seized in October after investigators found them living in deplorable conditions in a home in Issaquah. The dogs have been in RASKC custody since then, and were living in foster homes pending the outcome of the case.
