The Washington State Patrol is investigating a traffic collision involving a silver Scion TC which occurred Saturday, May 25, 2013, just after 4:50 a.m.

The Scion was traveling northbound on state Route 167 near the 37th Street Northwest overpass when it lost control and collided with the guardrail. The vehicle then rolled over, leaving the roadway and falling into a grass ditch. The vehicle had one occupant who was fatally injured. The preliminary investigation showed the vehicle leaving several feet of skid marks before  leaving the roadway.
