Cedar Heights student serves as Senate page

Emma Cooper recently served as a Washington state Senate page at the State Capitol in Olympia.
Cooper, the granddaughter of Sen. Jeanne Kohl-Welles, is the president of her eighth grade class at Cedar Heights Middle School in Covington.
