The King County Prosecutor’s office added a third rape charge against Phillip Baldwin, age 20, from Maple Valley.
The attack occurred July 28 in Covington. The victim, a 21-years-old woman had just left the LA Fitness. Baldwin is alleged to have grabbed and choked her, then dragged her to a nearby wooded area where she was raped.

King County Sheriff’s detectives are recommending an additional rape charge be filed against Phillip Baldwin, age 20, from Maple Valley.
