The YWCA will host their financial education classes, Hope and Power for Your Personal Finances for victims/survivors of domestic violence May 29 through July 31 in a confidential location in South King County.
Classes will be every Tuesday evening from 5:30—8:30 pm with dinner available starting at 5 p.m.
Childcare will be provided on site and transportation assistance is available.

Taking a Personal Financial Inventory
Budgeting Your Money
How to Save on a Limited Income
How to Get and Read your Credit Report

Federal Income Taxes/EITC
Getting a Job
Financial Aid for School
Starting your own Small Business
Family Law and DV Protections
Finding a Place to Live
Tenants’ Rights
Protecting yourself with Insurance

If someone is unable to attend this class, we will hold classes in the fall, from 12-3 p.m., Sept. 12 to Nov. 14th on Wednesday afternoons.
This series will also be in South King County.
