Ryan Ludeman, a 2015 graduate of Tahoma High School, received a $1,000 Charles W. Harrison scholarship from the Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture at Washington State University. This award is given to students with an outstanding academic performance perusing a degree in engineering.
Ludeman plans to graduate from WSU in 2019 with a degree in electrical engineering.
Ludeman participated in tennis, robotics and speech and debate in his time at Tahoma. He is also a certified soccer referee and has earned the rank of Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America.
Ludeman is the son of Joanne and Lance Ludeman of Maple Valley.
