Kids Festival and Bike Challenge this weekend | Maple Valley

The Kids Festival at Lake Wilderness Park is open to kids 12 years old and younger.

Admission is free for the festival. It will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday

Some activities include live music, magic, interactive exhibits, games, dunk tank, airbrush tattoos and food for purchase.

For kids ages 5 to 11, there’s an additional event  from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. –  the Bike Challenge and Bike Safety Rodeo.

The Bike Challenge course is contained entirely within Lake Wilderness Park. The challenge and rodeo are free and all participants are entered into a drawing to win a free bicycle donated by Bike Master and the Maple Valley Police Department.

Other prizes will be raffled as well. No pre-registration is required but helmets are mandatory and parents/guardians must give written permission for children to participate.
