Stolen vehicles abandoned | Covington & Maple Valley Police Blotter

All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

ABANDONED VEHICLE

• On July 2 officers responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle parked near SE Wax Road and 215th Ave SE. Once officers arrived they found a motorcycle parked blocking a private road. The police report stated the motorcycle’s ignition had obvious signs of damage. The report said it appeared the motorcycle had been hot wired.

VEHICLE RECOVERY

• On June 30 an unknown suspect abandoned a stolen vehicle in the Maple Crossing Apartment’s parking lot.
