King County Committee of the Whole | Combating Inequity

At today’s Committee of the Whole, committee members received a briefing on:
- Combating Inequity: Strategic Innovation Priority (Briefing No. 2014-B0185).
At today’s Council meeting, Council members:
–Proclaimed October 19-25 as Pro Bono Week in King County.
- Unanimously adopted an ordinance authorizing an interagency agreement between King County and the city of Burien regarding design, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of the portion of Segment B of the Lake to Sound trail that is within the city (Ordinance 2014-0365).
- Unanimously adopted an ordinance authorizing an interagency agreement between King County and the city of SeaTac regarding design, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of the portion of Segment B of the Lake to Sound trail that is within the city (Ordinance 2014-0366).
- Adopted an ordinance approving the sale of surplus Metro Transit property in Council District 6 (Substitute Ordinance 2014-0128.2)
