Maple Valley recognized as top suburb by Coldwell Banker

Three Washington state cities including Maple Valley have been recognized as among the top 10 growing suburbs in the country.

Factors that contributed to rankings were employment rates, economics, access to shopping and entertainment, schools, crime rates, and commute times.
