Maple Valley to celebrate Make a Difference Day this Saturday with free breakfast at Maple Valley Community Center

Maple Valley will celebrate is 10th year participating in “Make A Difference Day” at 8 a.m. Saturday with a free breakfast at the Greater Maple Valley Community Center.

“Make A Difference Day” is the largest national day of helping others. Everyone can participate – young and old, individual or groups.

Anyone can carry out a volunteer project. It might be as ambitious as collecting truckloads of food for the local food bank or participating in beautification projects. Or it might be as personal as spending an afternoon helping an elderly neighbor or relative.
