SLIDE SHOW: Closing day at the Maple Valley Farmers’ Market

Vendors and organizers wrapped up the final day of the inaugural season of the Maple Valley Farmers’ Market on a chilly, blustery Saturday at Rock Creek Elementary School.

Patrons bought clams, flowers, cookies, biscotti, fruits, vegetables, and much more while enjoying live music, coffee, tea and fresh gumbo.

The market celebrated its opening day on June 20.
