The Streak continued for Kentwood on Tuesday as Courtney Johnson and Megan Walburn did their usual business in goal as the Conquerors blanked Auburn, 1-0. Mackenzie Meyers supplied all the offense the Johnson-Walburn wall would need, scoring unassisted in the 33rd minute. It’s the 11th straight combined shutout for Johnson and Walburn. … Tahoma got a goal apiece from Savannah Johnson and Mollie Picha in the first 23 minutes on Tuesday night against Kentlake. Ten minutes later, however, Kentlake managed to pull even, getting scores from Brooke Emtman (27th minute) and Laura Rayfield (29th minute), which is where things remained. The tie is the fifth of the season for Kentlake (4-4-5, 17 points). Despite the tie, Tahoma (7-2-3, 24 points) remained in second place heading into last night’s games.
