Oneknightledo and Ricky Frazier continued their sensational seasons Friday evening with a nearly five-length victory in the $14,250 Robert Geller Half-Century Classic Purse at Emerald Downs.

The race honored the 50th birthday of the only track race announcer in Emerald Downs history. Geller watched from the winner’s circle as television host Joe Withee pinch-hit in the announcer’s booth.

Oneknightledo, with Frazier up on his fourth win of the night, led every step of the 6-½ furlongs for her third straight win at the meet. The 4-year-old Washington-bred filly by Slewdledo was timed in 1 minute, 16 seconds and paid $3.80, $3 and $2.10. Dan Kenney is the trainer for owners Candy Whiteford and Regan Bray

Perfect Finish, ridden by Jennifer Whitaker, was easily second best and paid $4.60 and $3.40. It was 3-¾ lengths back to Sheen Falls, Javier Matias riding, and a $2.80 show payoff. Mirror Pond and Sun City completed the order of finish. Janjen was scratched.

Oneknightledo earned $7,838 to bring her bankroll to $41,218. She has compiled a 6-0-1 mark from 14 starts, and she has won her last four races at Emerald Downs.

Frazier, meanwhile, maintained his torrid, record-breaking pace. The 45-year-old Arkansan native has 108 wins in 57 days and is on pace to win 172 races, a total that would shatter his own record of 157 wins set two years ago. Frazier has 37 multiple-win days, including one five-win day, five four-win days, 10 three-win days and 20 two-win days.
