The Tahoma gymnastics team finished in sixth place in the South Puget Sound League Championships on Feb. 6.

The Tahoma gymnastics team finished in sixth place in the South Puget Sound League Championship on Feb. 6.

The team has advanced to the districts tournament scheduled for Feb. 13 at Mount Rainier High School.

Tahoma’s team members are:

  • Tenley Mjelde – Junior (VT, UB, BB, FX)
  • Emma Rochleau – Freshman (VT, UB, BB, FX)
  • Sarah Paulsen – Sophomore (VT, UB, BB, FX)
  • Hayley Rayburn – Sophomore (VT, BB, FX)
  • Kalani Pinter – Sophomore (BB, FX)
  • Erin Montgomery – Senior (VT, FX)
  • Laena Tieng – Freshman (VT, UB)
  • Iliana Hammerstrom – Freshman (UB)
  • Kiki Hill (BB) – Senior
  • Sydney Ayles – Freshman (UB)
  • Mjelde also placed 3rd in VT, 5th in UB, 2nd in BB, 9th in FX and 3rd in All Around
