Sharon was born April 1, 1944 in Camas, WA to Wallace and Wilmina Boren. She was raised in Washougal, WA and attended Washougal schools graduating in 1963, then attended Clark College in Vancouver, WA until June 11, 1966 when she married Leonard G. Woodford. They made their first home in Vancouver, WA where their daughter Donna Woodford was born.They also lived in Wenatchee, WA for a time then returned to Vancouver, WA. In 1982 they moved to Bremerton, WA where their son David was born. They spent about 3 years in Colorado returning to Washington in 1998.
Sharon was a homemaker and stay-at-home mother until she died November 9, 2017 at the family home in Covington, WA.
She is survived by her husband Leonard of 51 years, children: Donna of Vancouver, WA; David of the family home; sister, Judy Boren of Vancouver, WA and brother, Donald Boren of Sequim, WA and numerous cousins. She was predeceased by her parents Wallace and Wilmina Boren. She was a loving wife and mother. She is much missed by her husband and children.
She is buried in Wind River memorial Cemetery in Carson. WA following a funeral service in Covington, WA presided over by Reverend Kevin Hopkins.
