Summer games coming July 7

Natalie Reynolds from Maple Valley along with performers from 25 states and Canada will perform with the Seattle Cascades in July.

The Seattle Cascades is the oldest, honored drum and bugle corps in the Pacific Northwest, according to a media release.

The Seattle Summer Music Games will be held 5:45 to 10 p.m. Saturday, July 7 at Renton Memorial Stadium.

Free summer meals are back

United Way of King County and its partners are back to host the free summer meals program.

There are more than 200 meal sites throughout King County with thousands of children and teenagers to access free breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Meal sites will operate from the end of June through late-August with various times and days of operation.

Meals are for those 18 years and younger. There is no cost or sign up required.
