Both directions of SR 169 at Southeast Green Valley Road (MP 6) south of Black Diamond remain blocked due to fallen trees on the roadway.
The road is expected to remain closed for the next six to eight hours until the trees can be safely removed. Puget Sound Energy crews and Washington State Patrol remain on the scene. Drivers are being detoured via Southeast Green Valley Road, 218th Avenue Southeast and Auburn-Black Diamond Road.
