Man refuses to leave property, cited for trespassing | Black Diamond Police Blotter

TRESPASS: 30200 224th Avenue Southeast. An officer was dispatched at 9:18 a.m. regarding an individual that was refusing to leave the property. The officer arrived and issued the 58-year-old male a trespass notice, which he refused to sign. The male was told that if he returned to the property he could be arrested for trespassing.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: 228th Avenue Southeast. A routine driver check at 11:20 a.m. showed the owner of the vehicle, a 40-year-old male matching the description of the driver, was operating the vehicle with a suspended license in the second degree for a previous DUI. The driver was stopped and cited for driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without required interlock device. His vehicle was towed.

DUI: 228th Avenue Southeast. At 12:45 hrs a 34-year-old male was stopped for suspected driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Based off of the officer’s observations, he was transported and processed for DUI. His BAC reading was .143/.144. He was cited for driving left of center/right side of road and DUI. He was booked into Buckley jail.
