Man arrested for possession of brass knuckles during traffic stop | Maple Valley-Covington Police Blotter

NO HEADLIGHTS: 22900 block of Southeast Kent Kangley. A car was seen driving without its headlights on after dark. During the traffic stop, the driver was arrested after he was found to be in possession of brass knuckles and the passenger was arrested on a state Department of Corrections felony escape warrant.

NO HEADLIGHTS: 22900 block of Southeast Kent Kangley. A car was seen driving without its headlights on after dark. During the traffic stop, the driver was arrested after he was found to be in possession of brass knuckles and the passenger was arrested on a state Department of Corrections felony escape warrant.

CAR BREAK IN: 25000 block of 224th Avenue Southeast. While the victim’s car was parked at Lake Wilderness Park someone got into the vehicle, popped open the trunk and stole a laptop and case. The thief didn’t appear to force entry into the car.

THIEF WITH A GREEN THUMB: 22500 block of Southeast 248th Street. Someone jumped over the fence into Lake Wilderness Arboretum and stole about 40 planting pots.

BURGLARY: 26900 block of Maple Valley Highway. Someone broke the glass of the front door of Subway at Four Corners, entered the shop and stole money from the cash register.

INDECENT EXPOSURE: 22100 block of Southeast 237th Street. A man was observed sitting in his car in the parking lot of Wilderness Village with his genitals exposed.

PLATES SNAGGED: 18700 block of Southeast 265th Street. Someone stole both the front and rear license plates from a man’s Ford van while it was parked on the street.

FAKE PRESCRIPTION: 17000 block of Southeast 272nd Street. A man attempted to get the Safeway pharmacy to fill a forged prescription for a three month supply of 80 milligram Oxycontin pills.
