A woman called to report a fight she witness between two women and a man at a home. When an officer arrived, he arrested all three for obstructing an officer.

  • FIGHT: 24800 block of 188th Avenue Southeast. A woman called to report a fight she witness between two women and a man at a home. When an officer arrived, he arrested all three for obstructing an officer.

  • Feb. 8
  • SUSPICIOUS PLATE: Southeast 272nd Street and 164th Avenue Southeast. A car parked in a city of Covington lot had a dealer plate on the vehicle. When the person driving the car was contacted it was discovered the subject had put the dealer plate on the car to avoid registration and had failed to transfer the title. The license plate was confiscated.

  • VANDALISM: 19300 block of Southeast 267th Street. Someone smashed out a number of windows in the Timberlane Homeowner’s Association Clubhouse overnight.

  • ASSAULT: 19400 block of Southeast 266th Street. A man was arrested for assaulting his wife and son. He was arrested on fourth degree assault charges.

  • Feb. 3
  • LOST AND FOUND: 27500 block of Covington Way Southeast. A woman set her purse down on the floor while shopping in Costco. She forgot to pick it up and walked away. When she went back to retrieve it, the purse was gone, so she went to the customer service desk. Her purse had been returned, but her wallet was gone.

  • BREAK IN: 22100 block of Southeast 237th Street. A white man and a white woman broke out a glass door of Frankie’s Pizza to gain entry into the business.

    DUI: Southeast 254th Street and 217th Place Southeast. A driver was charged with driving under the influence after being pulled over for going 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. The motorist took a breathalyzer and blew a .129 and a .132. The legal limit is .08.

  • VANDALISM: 23400 block of Southeast 267th Place. A milkshake or some other kind of milk based liquid was thrown onto a house.

    BURGLARY: 23300 block of Southeast 243rd Place. A suspect forced entry into a home by prying open the main garage door then stole jewelry and other items.

  • Feb. 9
  • MAIL THIEF: Southeast 253rd and 235th Avenue Southeast. A suspected mail thief was arrested while it appeared he was in the act. During a search of the suspect methamphetamine and a laptop were found in his possession.

    MOVIE NIGHT: 22100 block of Southeast 237th Street. A suspect walked into Blockbuster, filled up a shopping bag with BluRay DVDs then walked out without paying, then hopped into a getaway car driven by a woman.

  • RUBBER HITS THE ROAD: 23900 block of Southeast 281st Street. Someone took a tire off a car. There was no damage to the car, which was parked on a residential street, and there seemed to be no attempt to enter the vehicle.

    PROSTITION: 21700 block of Southeast Wax Road. Two people were arrested after an agreement was made for sex in exchange for money.
