Photo by Ray Miller-Still                                 The City of Black Diamond came out Aug. 22 to celebrate the official opening of the pedestrian bridge that passes over the Rock Creek on Roberts Drive. In order to make sure pedestrians and city officials could safely perform the ribbon cutting and have photos taken, the Black Diamond Police Department and Mountain View Fire and Rescue (with Black Diamond’s historical fire engine) blocked off the street for a few minutes.
