March 21 the Covington Chamber of Commerce held its annual auction and dinner “Spring Fling 2009”. The evening was filled with great networking, friendship, laughter and of course, fantastic food. Keith and Jan Eldridge were the auctioneers who led the guests in a fun night of bidding.

The Chamber raised money for their scholarship fund along with the general fund which enables the Chamber to provide leadership and services to encourage business growth and economic prosperity in the community. The Chamber also represents business in governmental affairs, provides information to new residents and tourists, and works with educational, cultural, civic and service organizations.
