Arbors at Rock Creek in Maple Valley Opens to the Public November 2

Pulte Homes is opening a new community Nov. 2.

The new Arbors at Rock Creek community offers new consumer-inspired home designs that Pulte is debuting in the market for the first time.

“This is a very desirable location that offers move-up families a special place to live that’s close to jobs, good schools, retail and great recreational amenities,” said Andrea Murphy, vice president of sales for the company’s Pacific Northwest Division.

The public is invited to the Arbors at Rock Creek grand opening in Maple Valley from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Nov. 2 to tour the new fully furnished model homes and see other home designs being offered. Refreshments will be served.

The community’s 78 single family homes, located in an established Maple Valley neighborhood, offers four designs inspired by extensive consumer research, Murphy said. Arbors at Rock Creek features Pulte’s new Life Tested Home Designs that reflect home plans developed from ideas from actual homeowners and homebuyers. The new designs are a direct result of local consumer research on how families really live in their homes, Murphy said.

“We are debuting these new home designs in the Seattle market,” Murphy said.

Single family homes start in the high $200s and the community will offer four home plans ranging in size from 1,818 to 2,510 square feet, with three and four bedrooms, and two and a half baths. For more information and directions, go to www.pulte.com or call 866-723-8105.
