Maple Valley Library Guild will host its spring Library Guild Book and Media Sale from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 13 and from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 14 in the library meeting room. Over 100 boxes of donated books, videotapes, CDs, DVDs, and audio tapes will be sold, with most items priced at bargain-basement deals of $1 or less. Shoppers can also fill a plastic grocery bag for only $5 per bag from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

The sale provides an opportunity both to save money and to help the environment through the recycling of books and media.
