King County Council unveils new flag bearing MLK’s image

King County Council member Larry Gossett, middle, Council Chair Dow Constantine and County Executive Ron Sims unveil the new county flag, bearing the likeness of the county’s namesake, was introduced Thursday at the county’s 22nd Annual Martin Luther King Celebration at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre. The image used is the design adopted as the county’s new logo in 2007.
