Covington and Maple Valley named among best places for homeownership in Washington state by NerdWallet

NerdWallet has ranked the best places for homeownership in Washington state and both Covington and Maple Valley made the list.

Contributing factors in the ranking were the availability of homes, affordability, and growth in the area.

Maple Valley was ranked fourth and Covington was ranked seventh.
