• An ordinance authorizing an interlocal agreement with the city of Seattle to implement a regional program to transfer development rights from rural and resource lands in King County to the city of Seattle (Ordinance 2013-0305).

• A resolution adopting a revised 2013 budget, capital budget, operating budget, and six year capital improvement program for 2013 – 2018 (Resolution No. FCD 2013-10).

• A resolution relating to the North Reach of the Upper Russell Road levee improvement project on the Green River in the city of Kent and authorizing the chair to enter into an agreement

with the city of Kent (Resolution No. FCD 2013-12).

• A resolution calling on Congress to protect the Affordable Care Act’s Prevention and Public Health Fund and its investment in the Community Transformation Grant program that enables awardees to design and implement community‑level programs that prevent

chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease (Resolution No. 13-08).
