The Tahoma Bears gymnastics team traveled to Auburn Riverside for a meet against the hosting Ravens, Kentwood and Thomas Jefferson.

The Bears came in second place as a team with 142 behind Auburn Riverside who finished with a team score of 155.

Kentwood came in third place, one point behind Tahoma with a total of 141.

On vault, Tenley Mjelde came in fourth.

Mjelde also finished fourth on bars. Tahoma’s Emma Rochleau came in second and Laena Tieng tied for sixth on bars.

Rochleau finished first on floor and came in fourth in the all around.

The Bears return to action on Wednesday, Jan. 4 when it hosts Decatur, Kennedy Catholic and Kentlake.

The start time for the meet is set for 7 p.m.

KENTWOOD

The next meet for the Kentwood Conks is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Auburn Mountainview. The meet will include the Conks, Lions as well as Enumclaw and Kentridge.

KENTLAKE

The Falcons have won its first two meet of the season. On Dec. 7 Kentlake finished with a team score of 154. And on Dec. 14 the Falcons scored 164.
