King County Sheriff’s deputy rescued from Cedar River during training exercise

A raft flipped over during a training exercise on the Cedar River near Maple Valley this afternoon.

The King County Sheriff Marine Unit was holding a training session when one of their rafts turned over.

A Sheriff’s deputy had to be rescued from the water.

No one was injured during the incident.
