Bears win first round, Conks lose | 4A Districts Volleyball Tournament

Kentwood High School hosted the 4A district volleyball tournament Friday.

The Tahoma Bears won its first match 3-1 aganist Olympia.

The Bears moved on to play Curtis.

The hosting Conks lost its first match 3-1 to Graham Kapowsin.

Kentwood moved to the loser out bracket where it faced off aganist Mount Rainier.

Note: At the time of this post, the scores for round two games had not been posted on the Washington Prep Athletics Network’s website yet.

Updated scores will be posted when they become available.

The tourney continues tomorrow with two more rounds.

At the conclusion of tomorrow’s games, those qualifying for the state tournament will be known.
