• Councilmembers will welcome County Executive Dow Constantine as he delivers his 2014 State of the County Address.
Metropolitan King County Council – 1:30 p.m.
Councilmembers are scheduled to discuss and possibly act on:
• An ordinance creating a countywide transportation benefit district as authorized by chapter 36.73 RCW (Substitute Ordinance 2013-0527.2).
• A motion expressing the County Council’s support for a ballot measure for local transportation funding through the King County Transportation District (Motion 2014-0059).
• An ordinance implementing public transportation service changes in June 2014 scheduled service change (Ordinance 2013-0532).

• A motion calling on the County Executive to support efforts to combat human trafficking and the commercial exploitation of children through development and placement of human trafficking outreach information in certain locations across King County including county facilities (Motion 2014-0077).
