Green Society Group closed for business, according to Maple Valley city staff | Breaking news

Green Society Group, a medical marijuana management company, is no longer open for business, according to a Maple Valley city staff member.

The premise was closed, window shutters closed and phone system “full and cannot accept new messages.”

When asked in a telephone interview, GSG owner Chris Schoonover declined to comment.

As of Tuesday morning, Schoonover’s attorney Jay Berneberg had not returned an email requesting a statement.

Schoonover’s business partner Jon Hofer said he ended their business partnership in July.

GSG is located in Frontier Village at 22010 S.E. 272nd St Maple Valley.
