Kent and Tahoma track and field teams competed at the first day of the West Central District III meet on Friday at Mt. Tahoma in Tacoma.

The meet will conclude today.

Those who qualify will go on to compete at the 4A WIAA State Championships at Mt. Tahoma on May 24, 25 and 26.
