Covington City Council passes new ordinance providing tax exemptions for multi-family housing

The Covington City Council passed a new ordinance that provides tax exemptions for multi-family housing in certain residential areas on Feb. 28.

The ordinance also establishes residential targeted areas for the multi-family property tax.
