Maple Valley children rescued from culvert June 10

Two Maple Valley children, a 10-year-old girls and and her 14-year-old brother, nearly drowned in culvert after a sudden downpour Thursday.
Maple Valley Fire and Life Safety responded to the scene to rescue the two.
