Parkinson’s group will hear about reflexology

The South East King County Parkinson’s Disease support group will meet 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Covington LA Fitness Center, 27245 172nd Ave. S.E.

Sheri Payne, National Board Certified Reflexologist, will be the speaker.

She will demonstrate how the exercise of the feet can release blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the whole body.

The meeting is free to those diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, their relatives and caregivers.

This holiday meeting will also have Santa available to make special presentations.
