The Kentwood girls soccer team beat South Kitsap 1-0 today at Mount Tahoma High stadium.

The Conks scored early in the second period and held off a furious charge by the South Kitsap.

Kentwood advances to the semifinals and will face Skyline at 8 p.m. Friday at Harry Lang Stadium in Lakewood.
