WSDOT will close Highway 18 Nov. 7 for bridge work in case of flooding

According to state Department of Transportation Highway 18 at milepost 6.2 – 9 from the Auburn/Black Diamond exit to S.E. 304th exit will close to all eastbound traffic 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 7.
WSDOT bridge crews will reinforce the bridge at Green River in case of Howard Hanson Dam related flooding.
Detours will be marked to help drivers navigate the closure.
