King County Sheriff’s detectives now believe the same robber who struck a Maple Valley Bank of America July 10, robbed a US Bank midmorning Wednesday in West Seattle.

The robber in both stickups was wearing a multicolored hat with fake dreadlocks.

In the Maple Valley robbery, the man handed the teller a note that stated, “Give me all the money” and mentioned something about a gun. No gun was seen. He was given the cash and left the area on foot.

The suspect is a black male, mid-20’s or early 30’s, about 6-foot tall with a mustache.

If anyone recognizes this man they should call the King County Sheriff’s Office at 206-296-3311, 24 hours a day or 911.
