Tahoma's Tate Latimer ran second in the 300-meter hurdles in 45.36 seconds Friday in the West Central District III 4A meet at Mount Tahoma High.

Tahoma, Kentwood, Kentlake and Kentridge boys and girls competed in the first day of the West Central District III 4A track and field meet Friday.

Results of the district meet and athletes moving to the state meet will be posted when available.
