Communitywide recycling in MV Saturday

The city of Maple Valley and King County will co-host a fall recycling event Saturday at Rock Creek Elementary School.

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., household hazardous waste and other hard-to-recycle items will be accepted. They include motor oil, vehicle and alkaline batteries, appliances, electronic equipment, tires and propane tanks.
