Tahoma’s girls soccer team keeps on scoring and keeps on winning.
The Bears have been tearing through the South Puget Sound League North Division this season relying on their speed and defense to rack up one victory after another.
Tahoma is currently at 12-0 in the division and overall with 36 points as of Wednesday morning.
With four games left before the playoffs begin, Tahoma is nearing a perfect regular season heading into post season play.
Tahoma hosted Kent Meridian Tuesday and won 7-0 and took on Auburn Thursday. Scores were not available at press deadline.
Kentlake travels to Tahoma for a battle for first place in the division at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
The Falcons are playing strong in second place in the SPSL North with a 10-1-2 record and 32 points.
Kentlake traveled to Auburn and came away with the 6-0 victory Tuesday.
The Falcons will be looking for a win Saturday against division leading Tahoma Saturday. Tahoma won the first meeting 2-0 Sept. 28.
Meanwhile Kentwood is holding steady in third place in the SPSL North with an 8-3-1 record and 25 points.
With four games left in the season the Conks look to be a lock for the postseason.
Kentwood beat Mount Rainier 3-0 at home Tuesday.
The Conks traveled to Auburn Riverside Thursday. Scores were not available at press deadline.
Kentwood plays Kent Meridian 3 p.m. Saturday at French Field.
SPSL playoffs are slated for Wednesday Nov. 3 with the West Central District playoff games set for Nov. 6.
