• Sport: Baseball.

• Accomplishments: Conwell went 3 for 3 with four RBIs in Tahoma’s 6-3 victory against Beamer in the SPSL playoffs last Friday. That clinched the No. 3 seed to district for the Bears.

• Favorite class: Chemistry.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve?: I would invite both of my grandparents because I need to spend as much time with them as I can. I would serve my grandma’s famous fried chicken.

• Also noted: Conwell has a 3.75 grade-point average, and plans to attend a four-year college.

• Grade: Sophomore.

• Sport: Baseball.

• Accomplishments: Wright pitched six strong inning, scattering six hits and striking out seven as the Falcons upset Puyallup, 4-3, to win the school’s first SPSL baseball title.

• Favorite class: Biology.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve?: I would invite Ken Griffey Jr., and would serve steak and mashed potatoes.

• Also noted: Wright has a 3.5 grade-point average.

EVAN DENMARK

Tahoma

• Grade: Senior.

• Sport: Soccer.

• Accomplishments: Denmark scored the game’s only goal as the Bears edged Decatur in the regular-season finale last Friday, 1-0, to clinch third place in the SPSL North Division and an automatic spot in the district playoffs.

• Favorite class: Yearbook.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve?: I would invite Will Smith, because he’s my boy, and I would serve steak.

• Also noted: Denmark plans to attend and play soccer at Concordia University next year.
