The NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Race Series featuring the top sportsman racers on the West Coast will be at Pacific Raceways track this weekend for a three-day race.
Spectator gates open each day at 8 a.m. with racing at 9 a.m. On Friday, Top Fuel Harleys, BB Funny Cars and Nostalgia cars run at 4 p.m. Saturday’s featured racers including jet cars will run at 6 and 9 p.m. Eliminations on Sunday begin at 9 a.m.
Spectator admission on Friday is $15 for adults and $20 for Saturday or Sunday.
The following categories will be contested: Competition Eliminator, Super Stock, Stock Eliminator, Super Comp, Super Gas, Super Street, Top Sportsman, Top Dragster, Sportsman Motorcycle, Super Pro and Pro. Three-day entry fee for car and driver is $165 (Super Pro $100 and Pro $75).
Joining the Lucas Oil Division 6 racers will be a Saturday evening feature show of Top Fuel Harley motorcycles, jet cars, BB Funny Cars, and nostalgia front-engine dragsters, roadsters and altered race cars.
