Fastpitch players from Tahoma, Kentlake and Kentwood were named to the SPSL North All-League fastpitch team this week.
Tahoma’s Mia Corbin was named most valuable player and fellow Bear, Carley Nance, was named most valuable pitcher. Coach of the year honors went to Tahoma coach Tom Milligan.
Among those named to the All-League team were Kentwood pitcher Kendall Goodwin and Tahoma pitcher Maddie Scott, catchers Bre West of Tahoma and Allison Newcomb of Kentwood, first basemen Madoline Seumalo of Kentlake, second basemen Courtney Cloud of Tahoma and Ashley Starke of Kentlake, third basemen Morgan Engelhardt of Tahoma and Courtni Easton of Kentwood, short stop Tiana Faagalulu of Kentwood, designated player Delaney Nelson of Tahoma, utility player Kellie Neilsen of Kentlake, and outfielders Halle Elliott and Molly Lathrop of Tahoma and Crystal Knight of Kentlake.
