Douglas Keith Thompson

Douglas Keith Thompson was born August 5, 1959 in Thibodeaux, Louisiana He died June 16, 2014 in Maple Valley, Washington.

Keith graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1978 where he was a member of the famous Robert E. Lee Marching Band. He graduated from East Texas State University with honors in 1983. He was an Associate Editor of Model Railroader Magazine at Kalmbach Publishing in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

He married Michelle Sullivan on November 26, 1994 in Kent, Washington. Their twin girls were born September 16, 1995 in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Shortly after their birth Keith and Michelle moved the family back to Washington State. As a technical writer Keith worked for AT&T Wireless, Microsoft, Nintendo and F5 Networks. The hobbies he loved were photography and model railroading.

Keith is survived by his wife Michelle; daughters Denver and Mikayla; sister Kemala Thompson-Knott (James); and mother-in-law Millie Sullivan.
