Woman cited for assault after tearing her boyfriend’s shirt off | Black Diamond Police Blotter

ASSAULT:31000 block of 230th Place Southeast. At 7:30 a.m. officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the male said his girlfriend attacked him and had torn his shirt off. She had also attempted to prevent him from calling 911 several times. The female was cited for assault fourth degree domestic violence and interfering with reporting domestic violence. She was booked into Buckley jail.

TRESPASS: 32400 block of Morgan Drive. An officer was called to a residence for an ongoing neighbor dispute. The incident resulted in a notice of trespass issued between the neighbors.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: A vehicle was stopped on 216th Avenue Southeast because the registered owner of the vehicle had a suspended license in the second degree. The man also had no proof of vehicle insurance. He was cited for the suspended license and no motor vehicle insurance and booked into Buckley jail. His vehicle was impounded.

DUI: 23600 block of Auburn Black Diamond Road. A 47-year-old man was stopped at 2 a.m. His vehicle smelled of alcohol he was showing signs of intoxication. He was unable to perform field sobriety tests and his portable breath test reading was .161. He was processed and cited for driving under the influence.
