The Washington State Patrol is investigating a two vehicle hit-n-run injury collision that occurred on  Sunday, August 11, 2013 at about 12:03 a.m.  The collision occurred on northbound I-405 MP22 near  the exit to NE 160 vehicle; a dark or dark green color smaller passenger vehicle that left the scene.
